Mets or Yankees?

Who is the better New York baseball team? Right now it seems to be the Mets but that could always change. The Yankees, who just lost their third in a row, have started out their 2012 season a bit slow. The Mets have a record of 21-17 and the Yankees 20-18. It may not seem like that much of a difference but the Mets seem to be prevailing all around.

Happy Days! xoxo

  1. I feel like every year around this time, the Yankees always seem to lose a lot of games. It's never until mid-summer that their season turns around. I don't know much about the past years for the Mets, but it would be an interesting turn of events if their record stayed consistantly better than the Yankees.

  2. As a Mets fan, I am so excited to see them doing well so far this year! But like Nicole said above, there is always time for things to change. Heres hoping, for the Mets' sake, at least, that they don't!

  4. I will always be a Yankee fan no matter what. I even remember sitting in my hotel room in Disney World watching them lose the 2001 world series. They always seem to start off slow and then build up by the end. I think a definite factor in their losing streak was the sudden injury of Mariano Rivera, so they definitely have the ability to build back up and succeed later on in the season.
